Payment is required in full before shipping.

All KirasElixir products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

At no point can you claim the products as your own.

Processing time: 1-4 business days from your order date.

We have no control over transit/delivery delays.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and will vary based on your packages weight, dimensions and location.

Tracked shipping is required 

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes.

✦Returns & Exchanges

If we accidently sent you a defected product, you may exchange it or request a credit. Defective products must be reported within 3 days of you receiving the order, with photos. Please read our Pin Grading System first to understand how our products are quality checked and sold as.

Refused packages/returned to sender packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other fees applied. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on unsold merchandise.
