★ Pick a membership
★ You will be charged immediately, then on the 1st of the following month for every month you're subscribed.
★ Instant access to patreon feed, shop discount code, and the secret shop (depending on your tier).
★ If you'd like to combine a shop order to your patreon mail, you can do so for one order per subscription month.
-Please leave a note on your shop order "Pin Club + (insert patreon email)" any shipping overages will be refunded, and your shop order will be combined and shipped with your patreon mail!

✦ You'll receive the pins for the month you were charged.
Example: you were charged between March 1st - March 31st, you'll receive the March package.
✦ Your package will ship 1-2 months from the time of billing.
Example: March package will ship April/May. Please be aware that delays may happen, and will be communicated to you!
Because this pin club is still new, we need to treat it as a preorder system to help with funding production! We plan on changing this once we become more established with members ❤

Please note, we can not guarantee that all past pins will be available indefinitely. Once they're sold out, they most likely won't be restocked!

Shipping is included in the tier price. Shipping times are estimates.

Can I combine a shop order with my Patreon package?
Yes! You can combine one shop order per subscription month.
Please leave a note on your shop order "Pin Club + (insert patreon email)". Any shipping overages will be refunded, and your shop order will be combined and shipped with your patreon mail!
ORDERS INCLUDING PREORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH PATREON
In this instance, you would need to place a separate order, and they will not be combined or have shipping fees refunded.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, ETC

Cancellations/Refunds: All sales are final, and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications once payment has been made.
If you need to unsubscribe, please do so before the 1st of the month!
Returns/Exchanges: Are only possible in the case that we sent you an incorrect item, or an accidental defective item.
Damaged Items: All items are packaged securely. KirasElixir is not liable for damage of items during transit due to carrier mishandle. If you received a defective pin by our mistake, we're more than happy to send you an intended A Grade!
Lost Packages: KirasElixir has no control over the postal systems or services. Please try to get into contact with your post office first to see if they can locate the package!
If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact us so we can get you a replacement!
Returned to Sender orders: If your order is sent back to us due to an error that isn't ours (incorrect address provided, package left at PO, refused/unclaimed package, unpaid customs, etc) You may request to have your order reshipped, if an alternative address is provided and a re-shipment fee is paid.
OR you may choose for a refund, minus the shipping costs and processing fees, in the form of shop credits.
Please note the re-shipment fee's will be the original cost of shipping
Please check the contents of your package asap, and contact me within 3 days after receiving the package if there's any issues by doing the following:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Our store policy is to be as accurate and honest as possible when filling out customs forms. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
